Walk And Talk Therapy
Walk and talk therapy harnesses the benefits of the outdoors and exercise by making traditional psychotherapy sessions active and moving them to an outdoor setting. Clients who have tried this rarely return to the traditional office couch. Please inquire if you are interested in trying a walk and talk session or want to learn more.
Coming Fall 2019
We are excited to announce that starting in the fall of 2019 we will be offering group therapy sessions every Tuesday from 11:30 am -12:30 pm. This therapy group is available to adults of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, family challenges, stress, isolation, or relationships issues.
Social Anxiety Group for Middle School Girls
We are pleased to offer a cognitive behavioral group therapy program for girls ages 10-13 (grades 5-8) who have difficulty in social situations due to anxiety, avoidance, or social skills deficit. Our 6-week groups will run Thursday afternoon.
