Fees

Session fees range based on the credential of the provider. Payment for sessions is due at the time of appointment and may be paid by cash, check, or card.

Evaluations

Our practice is private‑pay and out of network with insurance. Families pay us directly for the evaluation. The first half of the cost is due at the first appointment and the second half is due at the feedback session, prior to receiving the report. 

Insurance

SPA is out of network with all insurance. This means we do not accept payment from insurance directly. As a courtesy to our patients, we do offer to assist you by taking care of the filing for out-of-network reimbursement. We submit claims electronically to most insurers. Insurance will then reimburse directly to you according to your out-of-network coverage, if you have out-of-network coverage. Contact your insurance carrier to find out about your out-of-network coverage.
