Skaneateles Psychology Associates (SPA) is a private practice group located in Skaneateles, a picturesque town in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. We have an additional office in the village of Manlius, New York. SPA is a thriving, multi-disciplinary practice that provides comprehensive psychological services for older children, adolescents, college age students, and adults.

Practice Administrator
In-Office, Remote, or Hybrid
Flexible part-time position (15-20 hours) per week helping manage a psychology group practice. Position can be in-office, remote, or hybrid. Duties include phone consults with prospective patients as well as handling clinician assignment and assisting with billing and insurance inquiries and other tasks such as marketing and recruitment involved with supporting the overall operation of the practice. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented and highly organized, having a working knowledge of spreadsheets, and ability to interact well with patients and clinicians. Daily availability required, minimum 2-3 hours daily, Monday-Friday ET, $25 per hour. Please send cover letter and resume if interested in the position. Clinical Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellowship - General Track

We have a current opening for an associate looking to complete their post-doctoral hours toward licensure.
Applicants should have completed an APA-accredited doctoral program and internship in clinical psychology. We are looking for clinicians who are interested in working in an outpatient setting that sees a range of presenting problems. Common areas treated include anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, trauma, life stress, and family and relationship issues. Individual therapy as well as group therapy are possible, depending on the clinician’s interest.
The position offers competitive compensation as well as the opportunity for career advancement at the practice. The associate would set their own schedule to see fee-for-service patients. Pay varies based on patient caseload, with the opportunity to earn $85,000. Telehealth and in-office work is available at our Skaneateles and Manlius offices. Clinical Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellowship: Anxiety, OCD, and Related Disorders Track

We have a current opening for an associate looking to complete their post-doctoral hours toward licensure.
Applicants should have completed an APA-accredited doctoral program and internship in clinical psychology and should have experience with empirically validated treatments. We are looking for CBT-oriented clinicians who are interested in gaining further training and supervision in the treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and related disorders, as well as other presenting problems commonly seen in an outpatient setting.
