This group will help build skills in:
Organization and Planning
Distractibility, Procrastination, and Inattention
Anxiety relating to ADHD
Coping to address related feelings of shame
Time & Place: TBD based on group availability
ADHD Diagnosis: not required

College Student Summer Series: Mental Health & Wellness Consultations
This offering provides a chance for college students to meet with a licensed clinician to examine issues affecting their quality of life. Consultations range from 1 to 3 sessions and are available from May to August 2022, during which time student pricing is available.
This offering provides a chance for college students to meet with a licensed clinician to examine issues affecting their quality of life. Consultations range from 1 to 3 sessions and are available from May to August 2022, during which time student pricing is available.
Clinicians will work with you to understand problem areas and create a plan of action to stay on track. Common concerns addressed are:
Loneliness and social isolation
Academic performance
Sports performance
Using personality tests for self-development
Finding love and dating
Self-control and smartphone addiction

Indecision and self-doubt
