We are now offering testing services for ADHD (children and adults) and for Autism Spectrum Disorder (children ages 6-16). Contact us for a brief consultation to determine what type of evaluation is the best fit.

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Our comprehensive ADHD evaluation is designed to provide answers about attention, executive functioning, and related learning or behavioral concerns, and to turn those answers into practical recommendations for home, school, and daily life.

    • This evaluation includes:

      • Appointment 1: 1-hour intake appointment where the provider will explain the testing process/informed consent, assess what battery is needed, etc. (prior to the start of testing).

      • Appointment 2: a detailed interview with caregivers including patient developmental and medical history and initial assessment of attention, organization, impulse control, and mood.

      • Appointment 3: a dedicated testing session to assess attention and executive functioning as well as learning differences, anxiety, or mood concerns.

      • Time between visits for the psychologist to score and interpret all measures, integrate interview data, standardized tests, and behavioral observations and provide results through a detailed written report.

      • A separate feedback appointment to review results, discuss any diagnosis, provide recommendations, and plan next steps together.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Our comprehensive autism spectrum evaluation is a multi‑step process designed to provide clear answers and concrete recommendations for children and adolescents (ages 6-16). This evaluation consists of an interview, input from parent and teacher reports, and IQ testing to assess whether your child meets the criteria for an autism spectrum disorder.

    • The evaluation includes:

      • Appointment 1: 1-hour intake appointment where the provider will explain the testing process/informed consent, assess what battery is needed, etc. (prior to the start of testing).

      • Appointment 2: a detailed intake interview with caregivers plus initial testing in the same visit.

      • Appointment 3: a dedicated testing session to assess social communication, behavior, thinking skills, and daily living skills.

      • Appointment 4 (if needed): an additional testing visit to comfortably complete the battery.

      • Time between visits for the psychologist to score and interpret all measures, integrate interview data, standardized tests, and behavioral observations and provide results through a detailed written report.

      • A separate feedback appointment to review results, discuss any diagnosis, provide recommendations, and plan next steps together.
