Starting therapy can feel like a big step for yourself, your child, or your family, and my goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as supporting families navigating challenges together. I have experience with individuals on the autism spectrum and those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and parenting or family stress. I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD and autism for school-age children through adolescents.
I enjoy working with teens and young adults exploring identity development, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My approach is flexible and integrative, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
Whether you're seeking support for your child, hoping to better manage emotions, or working through family or life transitions, we’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable. I believe healing happens through connection, and I’m here to help you take that next step.
